By purchasing and using Heritage Trailz, you agree to the following terms:

Tour Access & Offline Use

Purchased tours are self-guided digital experiences and can be accessed within the app while online. To use a purchased tour offline, it must be downloaded in advance within the app while you have internet access. Once downloaded, tours are stored on your device and will use storage space. You are responsible for ensuring your device has sufficient available storage prior to purchase. Certain features, including map view and functionality, may differ when using the tour offline.

Device Compatibility

The app and its features may not be compatible with all devices or older operating system versions. It is the responsibility of the purchasing user and all participants accessing a tour, including those using shared access, to ensure their device is compatible. Heritage Trailz is not responsible if a user is unable to access or use a tour due to device incompatibility.

Validity & Expiry

All tours are valid for 5 days from the time of purchase. Access will expire automatically after this period.

Pricing & Tiers

Tour pricing is based on selected tiers (individual or group). Once purchased, the selected tier cannot be changed.

Sharing Tours

Tours may be shared with others after purchase based on the selected pricing tier. If a group option is selected, the tour may be shared with the specified number of participants included in that tier. Access is limited to that number. Recipients may be added after purchase, either at the same time or at different times, up to the number allowed by the selected pricing tier.

The purchaser is responsible for entering accurate email addresses and confirming permission to share them. Email addresses cannot be changed once submitted. No refunds will be provided if recipients do not accept or use the tour.

Recipient Access

Recipients must download the app and create an account to access shared tours. The email address used to receive the invitation must be used to register and access the tour and cannot be changed. Recipients must review and accept the Disclaimer and Terms of Use before accessing the tour. Shared tours will appear in the app once registered.

Managing Shared Tours

Users can view tours they have shared and recipient details within the "My Tours" section of the app.

App Registration

Users may register for tours via the website or app; however, all users must download the app to access and use tours.

Navigation & Route Guidance

Audio directions and route guidance are provided as a guide only. Users should not rely solely on the app for navigation. Road signage may not always be available or clearly marked, and users are responsible for navigating safely and using their own judgement.

Route & Stop Changes

Routes, stops, and availability may change due to local conditions, closures, or circumstances beyond our control.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own safety, compliance with local laws, and awareness of surroundings. Users should assess their own suitability before participating.

Intellectual Property

All content within the app, including text, audio, maps, and design, is the property of Heritage Trailz and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared outside the app without permission.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the app or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heritage Trailz is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from use of the app or tours.
