The app is designed to work on both iOS and Android devices. However, it may not be compatible with all devices or older operating system versions. Please ensure your device meets the necessary requirements before purchasing or accessing a tour. This applies to all users, including those accessing a shared tour.

Tours are available for 5 days from the time of purchase.
Yes. To use a purchased tour offline, it must be downloaded in advance within the app while you have internet access.
To use a purchased tour offline:
- Download it in advance within the app by selecting Save Offline
- Access your tour in the Offline section
- Some features, such as map view and functionality, may differ when using the tour offline
Yes. You can explore at your own pace and return to your tour at any time during the access period.
Tours can be shared based on the selected pricing tier. If you purchase a group option, you can share the tour with the number of participants included in that option.
To share with others:
- Select the group option and complete your purchase
- Access your tour in My Tours
- Select the Share button in the top right corner
- Enter and confirm the email address of each recipient
- Each recipient will receive an email invitation
Recipients must download the app, register using the invited email address, and accept the Disclaimer and Terms of Use before accessing the tour. Shared tours will appear in their My Tours section.
Yes. Each participant must download the app and register to access the tour. If using a shared tour, you must register with the same email address the tour was shared with.
It is recommended that each person has access to the tour on their own device for the best experience. This can be through an individual purchase or by receiving a shared tour. Having individual access allows each user to follow along at their own pace and fully enjoy the audio and tour content.
No. Once emails are confirmed, they cannot be changed.
No refunds are provided if recipients do not accept or use the tour.
Yes, but you must make a separate purchase using a different email address or user account.
No. The selected group size cannot be changed after purchase.
Payments are processed securely by a third-party provider.
Downloaded tours are stored on your device. Please ensure you have sufficient available storage before purchasing.
Your purchased and shared tours will appear in the My Tours section once you are signed in to the app.
Your purchased tours will appear in the My Tours section once you are signed in. If the tour was shared with you, make sure you are registered using the invited email address.
